Nanohana Project
has been promoted by many people and spread almost all over Japan


They refine waste oil that is collected from households for BDF (Bio Diesel Fuel)


BDF is a carbon-neutral recyclable form of energy and an alternative to diesel fuels.


It contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas.


Refined BDF is used for vehicle which cultivate rape blossom in community.


Today there is a possibility that fossil fuels be exhausted.


I try to investigate meaning of Nanohana project in modern time.

Kumashiro Co-op's Activity of Shokuiku
~to Take Back a Habit of Having a Meal in the Home~

The rate of people who have a meal in the home is decreasing.


Having a home cooked meal is important for getting ability of select foods oneself.


I research on co-opfs activity of shokuiku to increase the rate.

Kuroe Regional brand and Sanchoku
`to develop the regional industry

My subject is the developing of the regional industry.


The Sanchoku of the consumers cooperatives cooperated with a local community .


I will investigate potentiality for it from its history.


In addition, I pay attention to the successive example of regional brands

The scandal of camouflage is reported well recently.

Even at the consumers cooperative which should have been security and safety, a scandal has happened.

Because of the scandal, the trust to the members of a cooperative has been lost.


I think about why the scandal was caused at the consumers cooperative, why it couldnft prevent scandal and how it can restore the trust of the member of a cooperative.

for the preservation of regional food culture

Japanese food lives depend mostly on the imports of food.

As a result,most regional food cultures have been lost.

In fact the food self-sufficiency ratio of Japan is 39 percent.

We must preserve Japanese regional dietary habits and the environment.

The idea of chisanEchishou is essential for the preservation of the regional food tradition and the environment.

This essay treats examples of the farmersf co-operatives and the consumersf co-operatives.

I will prove the potentiality of chisanEchishou.

Law. In these crisis situations, this paper (thesis) will be search for necessity of mutual aid project that consider the role of mutual aid and what kind of influence as a result of make amendment the low of Insurance Business.

This paper treats the eco-activities of Japanese distribution industry.

Emissions of carbon dioxide by them increase, though they decrease in the other industries.

This problem requires immediate countermeasure.

The home meal replacement (HMR) on such as a lunch, a side dish, a processed food is in demand because of the woman es social advancement and aging of society.

HMR is very convenient for saving the cooking time and the washing the dishes after meals.


I will show the present conditions and problems about the home meal replacement from the viewpoint of security and safety.
